Job Description
Provide clerical and administrative support to superiors
- Prepare Work Pass employment, increment, promotion and HR-related letters. Maintain and manage HR records。
- Handle in the Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellations and and worker repatriation for foreign employees.
- Processing leave administration,
- Nominate employees for training, schedule employees in training sessions.
- work injory and insurance claims
- other HR-related matters
Requirements
- Candidate must possess Diploma in any field.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Prefer working experience in Construction field
- Mandarin knowledge is essential to be able to communicate with Mandarin speaking staff and subcontractor.
