Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to general utilities and account-related enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor and respond to customers inquiries and comments on social media platforms
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions, comments and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in customer service, in a social media / digital environment
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of social media management tools would be advantageous
