Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the HR & Operations Department in full spectrum of human resource & administrative duties
- Coordinates the induction/ orientation for new employees and handles exit clearance procedures
- Coordinate with Training & Development dept on CSOC, Coretrade & Multi-skilling matters
- Monitoring & keeping up to date employee training records
- Generate emails and reports when appropriate
- Providing administration support to project team and handles project public relation issues. Site Admin/PRO serves as primary contact point of information flow between Head Office and site.
- Maintaining relationship and communicating project activities to project site neighbourhood, and attending and resolving complaints from external parties.
- Document controlling and performing administrative duties include filing, sorting, printing, circulation, storage of some project documents (correspondences), and handling of all incoming telephone calls.
- Assuming responsibility for maintenance of site office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines
- Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior / management deem fit.
- Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'N/O' Level/Diploma qualification
- At least two years of related working experience in an administrative function (operations/logistics, human resources, or administration) in Construction field
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Mandarin knowledge is essential to be able to communicate with Mandarin speaking staff and subcontractor.
