VP, Global Supply Chain

Main Responsibilities：

1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize global supply resource and efficience, and improve overall performance of Quality, Cost and Delivery.
2. To enhance the strategic relationship with leading suppliers which have strong capabilities and rich experiences of advanced packaging technologies and new application areas.
3. Centralized purchasing on key material and equipment to take advantage of HQ level leverage on suppliers in order to get best price, service and delivery.
4. Strengthen the co-development and cooperation on new material and equipment with leading suppliers to empower the technological innovation of company in the long run.
5. Analyze market trends, demand forecasts, and supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement and mitigate risks.
6. Collaborate with BU, factories and other function departments including finance and sales to align supply chain strategies with overall company business objectives.
7. Lead and develop a high-performance supply chain team, providing guidance, coaching and support to ensure achieve department KPI and career growth.

Qualifications:

1. Master's or above degree in electronics, physics, chemistry, material or similar Science and Engineering majors.
2. Proven track record of leadership and sucess in supply chain management, with at least 20 years of working experice in OSAT industry.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization, with at least 5 years working experience of global role in multinational company.
4. Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future trends and proactively adapt supply chain strategies to meeting evolving business needs.
5. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with top management from leading suppliers of material and equipment in Semiconductor, especially in IC packaging industry.
6. Leadership qualities, including ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster a culture of continous improvement, and drive results in a fast-paced enviroment.
