Responsibilities :
- Work with customers, vendors, forwarders, warehouse personnel & distributors for shipping arrangement
- Arrange goods inspection
- Process shipping documents & CO application
- Perform order fulfilment - Process order and arrange shipment, Issuance of Purchase Order
- Manage Inventory Reports
- Assist Logistic Manager for month end account closing
Requirements :
- Minimum 1-2 years of related experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin in order to liaise with the vendor in China.
