Key Responsibilities:
· Establish contact with the key decision-makers of potential clients and identify selling opportunity and evaluate clients’ needs through cold calling, visit, and provide solutions combined with the company's products and services to show the company's value to clients.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients by understanding their business needs, objectives, and providing relevant information and guidance regarding the category-specific landscapes, trends and BIPO value positions.
· Actively cooperate with other departments (such as pre-sales consultant, sales in different regions or countries, marketing, customer service team) to promote the sales process.
· Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; project expected brand awareness, sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
· Serve as the voice for the related country and ensure BIPO products and/or services are aligned with client’s HR strategy and business needs.
· Effectively drive GTM with our strategic leads and create leads generation with our partners; improve on client development and retention strategies where applicable.
· Identify potential risk to address/ create mitigation plans with internal/ external stakeholders, while simultaneously identifying up-sell opportunities where applicable.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Business Management or Human Resources
· MBA will be advantageous
· Business fluent in English and another Asian language is advantageous
· Relevant working experience in HR industry, selling of HRIS/ HRMS/ HCM/ Payroll/ other HR products and services is preferred
· Demonstrate effective communication skills and customer-centric ethics to achieve sales outcomes and high-performance expectations.
· Genuine client commitment and ability to build sound relationships at all levels of the business, considering a long-term perspective in understanding customer needs.
· Can work under pressure, good team player.
