Primary Functions:
- Promoting sales and servicing existing clients based on this requests and needs
- Maintaining accurate client records such as contact base
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Expedite the resolution of clients’ problems to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Developing strong relationships with clients to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty
- Prepare sales order, job sheets and marketing tracking necessities
- Perform other sales-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in IT or Business Administration
- Minimum 1 year proven work experience as IT sales representative
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Being proactive and goal-oriented
- Being resourceful and innovative
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Possess relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Team-oriented such as providing support and coordinates with sales team
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Possess knowledge of Network / Security products is an added advantage
Other Information:
- Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, Mon to Fri
- Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience
