Job Description:
- Support the HR functions, which include Learning & Development (L&D), recruitment and employee engagement
- Develop and implement Training and Development Plans to enhance employee L&D experience
- Assist in formulating and communicating L&D related policies
- Identify and implement strategies to attract, develop and retain talent
- Participate in campus fairs for graduate engineers and interns intake
- Administer internal and external training programs
- Monitor and manage training records and employee learning progress
- Facilitate staff orientation and briefings for new hires
- Collaborate with line managers on recruitment needs, aligning with manpower plan
- Support HR solutions development and implementation
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, ACTA or equivalent.
- Proven HR experience, especially in L&D and recruitment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
