What a Supply Chain Order-To-Cash Solution Manager does at HP:
- HP’s Supply Chain Transformation & Resilience (SCTR) organization is searching for a Solution Manager in its Order-to-Cash Center of Excellence (OTC CoE) to govern existing and develop new capabilities that help ensure SOX and Global Trade compliance of our order management processes.
- Proactively works with relevant stakeholders to collect requirements and align on expected outcomes.
- Manages the requirements backlog and plans the corresponding solution roadmap together with architects and product managers.
- Works with product managers and product owners to break the requirements backlog down into user stories that fit the larger solution.
- Governs existing solutions to ensure continued SOX and GT compliance closely collaborating with internal compliance and audit.
- Acts as a content authority with respect to implemented solutions towards our stakeholders and internal and external audit teams.
- Produces change impact assessments and traimaterials for HP’s Supply Chain Operations to ensure organization readiness.
Individual who does well in this role in HP, usually possess:
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in Supply Chain business operations, business process improvement, change management, or a related field.
- Good to have SAP Certifications.
- Knowledge and subject matter expertise of SOX and Global Trade compliance requirements and demonstrated skills leading implementations of these requirements in Order Management business processes.
- A good functional understanding of the relevant SAP modules, specifically SAP Sales & Distribution module and Global Trade Service.
- Ability to lead the implementation of improvements using industry standard quality improvements tools and concepts with a thorough understanding of change management processes and procedures.

- Good program management, problem solving, and analytical skills, and the ability to execute a program with a clear purpose and scope within the context of our overall SC strategy.
- Experience as a SAFe Solution Manager and knowledge of the SCOR framework is a pre.
- Is results oriented, agile, digitally fluent and customer centric.
