We are looking for a Construction Technical Writer. This role will be starting off as a contract based in Singapore, Candidates with Short Notice/Immediate would be preferred
Job Description:
- Overhaul of company's global scope of work and construction engineering
- Adapting and modifying global template to country specific requirements in the APAC region
- Reviewing current technical and commercial templates being used for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts
- Coordinate all 19 countries in APAC to the new global set of templates
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 5-8 years of construction contract or technical writing experience. This may be in the profession of a Technical Writer, Quantity Surveyor, Construction Engineer or Cost / Commercial Manager
- Construction experience across APAC region
- Exposure or experience in data centers and / or direct experience managing or administration a construction project would be an added advantage
