We are seeking a highly skilled HR Service-Desk Agent to join our Business Service Operations (BSO) team.


No relocation assistance is offered for this position


HR Operations includes work across multiple administration areas for established HR and rewards programs including:

  • Personnel records maintenance - labour contract, job history, retirement, leave records, transfers, and salary progression, etc.
  • HR Service desk - contact point for employees about HR related questions
  • HR employment - prepare HR employment related paperwork according to the defined template, incl. offer/contract/promotion/job change/salary change etc.
  • May be accountable for selecting and managing HR outsourcing vendors

The LEGO Group Business Service Operations (BSO) is part of the Global established shared service center (BSO) that delivers HR and Finance services to the LEGO Group from 6 locations; Mexico, Kladno, Singapore, Billund, China & Vietnam. The purpose of the BSO is to create an effective and efficient platform for growth to support our strategy and reach twice as many kids over the next 5-7 years

This is a maternity cover for 9 months with an internal-facing role to help support on HR related enquiries so that the employees can focus on their main role and tasks.


Do you have what it takes?

  • 2+ Year working experience in HR operations related, versed in topics like benefits, leave, payroll and insurance
  • Fluent English in both oral and writing
  • Proactive approach
  • Customer Service trained
  • Nice to have
  • Previous working experience in a MNC organization
  • Chinese language oral and writing
  • Problem solving capability
  • Able to grasp knowledge and policies quickly
