Primary Purpose
- Reports to and supports the Team Lead in managing our stable of Celebrities (actors, hosts, DJs). This includes career development and managing their day-to-day schedule based on the Celebrities’ production schedule and external engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Team Lead to strategize and map the Celebrities’ career.
- Support in branding and grooming efforts for Celebrities under their charge.
- Assist in all publicity efforts (shoots/interviews/social presence) for production work.
- Manage Celebrities’ work schedule including liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- Increase/enhance Celebrities’ social capital on their social media.
- Work closely with Celebrities on all fronts of business needs.
- Chaperon for events and media shoots.
- Assist in crisis management.
Requirements:
- At least 3- 5 years of experience in entertainment, media, artiste management, or public relations.
- Must have passion for the entertainment industry and stay up to date on the latest entertainment trends/development.
- Experience in managing Celebrities with sound working knowledge of production and celeb management.
- Social media savvy with strong social media marketing skills (i.e. photography, videography skills).
- Good understanding of marketing and creating impactful publicity with good media relations
- Strong communication skills – Bilingual in English & Mandarin preferred due to the job nature.
- Meticulous, organized, responsive and a good team player.
- Must be able to work irregular hours.
- Diploma and above (preferably in Mass Comm/Media Communications)
