Main Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist Transport Coordinator in his daily duties
- To assist FCL & LCL Department
- Attend to customers’ inquiries, responding to them in a timely and acurate manner
- Ensure proper coordination of all shipments.Monitor & Process shipments through Trip TMS & PSA Portnet
Follow up closely with customers on any problems.
- Ensure all Import/Export shipments are monitored closely without incurring any extra costsKD/PSA store rent
Vessel Arrival & Departure
- To handle Logistics documentation – import & export.Printing emails and replying to them
Check accuracy and completeness of documents
Prepare export jobs based on instructions
- To maintain an efficient filing system of all documents
- To communicate efficiently with customers and transport team to ensure smooth pickup/ delivery of the shipments.To monitor drivers to meet customer’s requirements
- To ensure customers’ requirements are met, customers are up to date on their orders and documentation is accurate and precise.
- To prepare PODs and send them to customers upon completion of job
- To assist in billing customers for jobs completed
Job Requirements
- Meticulous
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced business
- Excellent verbal written communication skills
- Good time-management skills
- Experience in Logistics line is an added advantage
- Singaporeans or PR
Working Hours
- 5.5 day work week
- Mon – Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Sat: 8.30am – 12.30pm

- Company Transport will be provided from Gul Circle MRT
