Job description
1. Provides courteous and efficient service to all guests.
2. Recommends menu items and takes guests’ orders.
3. Supervises food presentation and ensures overall guest satisfaction.
4. Attends to guests’ needs and pays more attention to special requests if any.
5. Ensures that all food and beverage orders are taken correctly and the orders are served promptly.
6. Checks with guests on their feedbacks.
7. Prepares and checks on the mise-en-place for each work station.
8. Proficient in product knowledge and able to explain to guests accurately.
Job requirement
1. Minimum 2 years working experience in similiar capacity.
2. Able to work on shifts including weekends and public holidays.
3. Have operational knowledge of the point of sales system (POS) and cashiering duties.
