Responsibilities
- Issuance of invoices and sending to customers
- Liaising and communicating with customers
- Manage and update inventory records
- Other ad hoc duties (e.g. CN/cancellation of invoices, request for urgent advance invoice, etc.)
- Monitor direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management.
- Conduct monthly stock inbounding and counting
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
- Handle day-to-day stock management in system for stock inbound/outbound, stock movements, shipment process.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistics Management / Purchasing / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
