Working Location: Central
Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Your role:
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and schedules, in collaboration with project managers and team members
- Coordinate project kick-off meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues
- Assist in resource planning and allocation, including assigning resources to project tasks based on availability, skills, and project requirements
- Coordinate with department managers to ensure adequate resource availability and resolve resource conflicts as needed
- Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors, ensuring clear and effective communication channels.
- Prepare and distribute project communications, including status reports, progress updates, and meeting agendas
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Prior experience in the marketing field will be an advantage
- Results-oriented, ambitious and positive working attitude
