Working Location: Central
Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Your role:
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements, enhancements, and innovations to optimize project management practices
- Actively seek feedback from mentors, trainers, and project managers to identify areas for improvement and development
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to provide updates on project status, progress, and key milestones
- Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on project objectives and expectations
- Assist project managers in planning and executing project activities, tasks, and deliverables
- Coordinate with project team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
- Participate in a structured training program to learn project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to develop skills in project planning, execution, monitoring, and control
- Learn how to use project management tools and software to manage project tasks, schedules, budgets, and resources
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Prior experience in the marketing field will be an advantage
- Results-oriented, ambitious and positive working attitude
