Office Manager
- Lead a team of 3 for office administration to deliver exceptional services to staff and visitors
- Manage office lease renewal and process of relocating, renovation
- Oversee the maintenance and housekeeping of office facilities to ensure comfortable working environment
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office suppliers and other services
- Maintain and update office policies and physical security procedures
- Responsible for Office and HR Administration function budget
- Monitor office expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness of purchase and services and adhere to guidelines.
- Implement and maintain efficient office systems
Requirements:
- At least 5 years relevant experience in similar capacity.
- Hands on experience in facility management and managing end-to-end office relocation.
- Experience in managing team and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
