Adecco is proud to partner with a financial services company and they are looking for PA to support the Director.
As a Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in managing the Director calendar, schedule meetings and minutes taking. Reporting directly to the Director, you will join a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to nurturing talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
The Job:
- Efficiently plan and schedule meetings, ensuring timely preparation of agendas and presentation materials.
- Record detailed meeting minutes and diligently track action items and project progress for follow-up.
- Provide support by accompanying the Director to external meetings and events.
- Foster collaboration by closely collaborating with other teams and committee members.
- Remain flexible and ready to undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
The Talent:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Outgoing personality with a willingness to present to stakeholders and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace Apps.
- Meticulous with excellent attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of reports/
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
