Contract Duration: 12 Months
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: Up to $4,900 per month
Job Responsibilities:
· Assist in the organisation of quarterly meetings. This may include the procurement of meeting venues and refreshments, preparation of meeting related materials and other logistics related to the meetings.
· Assist in the management of members including the on and off-boarding of members, coordination of attendance, etc.
· Be responsible for the timely documentation of work completed.
· Organise and assist in the Records and Knowledge management activities which may include meetings, reports generation, activity tracking etc.
· Any other tasks/projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in any discipline
· At least 2 years of working experience will be preferred.
· Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
· Good stakeholder management and effective communication skills
· Good organisational, planning and execution abilities
· Meticulous, self-motivated and willing to push boundaries and attempt new challenges
· Good team player who is able to work independently
