Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Maintain employee records, including personnel files, HR databases, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs, including the preparation of new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
- Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries, and serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefit-related questions.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist with performance management processes, including scheduling performance reviews, tracking performance documentation, and providing administrative support as needed.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and managing training materials.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, and assist with HR audits and reporting as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, with a focus on HR administration preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
