- Work with the School Admin and Procurement Manager to support school operations.
- Perform general administrative duties
- Meet and greet parents / students / visitors
- Support procurement and inventory management of school resources including but not limited to teaching resources, stationery, kitchen supplies, stationery, uniforms and others school resources
- Help organise and run Extra Curricular Activities programme
- Assist in the management of student and school information
- Help in school logistics and events as and when required.
- Assist in any other duties as required by the Senior Principal and/or School Admin and Procurement Manager
Requirements:
- Possess 3 GCE ‘O’ Levels with at least a credit in English Language and a Second Language or relevant ITE qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills
- Additional IT skills will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently
