Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers and coordinate with external vendors.
- To assist customers on Simple Designing and sizing up Electrical equipment.
- Assist on Installation of simple equipment and software at customer location.
- Perform FAT and SAT at site when needed.
- Support customers on Documentation submission.
Requirements:
- Formal Engineering qualification preferred. (Diploma or ITE)
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience
- Ability to use Autocad software.
- Highly motivated, self-confident and self-starting work ethic.
- Team player who works well with others.
- Good command of spoken/written English
