YOUR MISSION _________
Behind every Dior Beauty Consultant’s (BC) retail performance instore is a team that supports them with their retail tools, training needs and content. You will join the Travel Retail APAC Regional Training Team, reporting to the Regional Training Project Manager.
You will work on supporting the Regional Training Team through managing the elements and tools of retail performance and training on our various apps, administration support, and liaison with internal stakeholders and external vendors. You will also have the opportunity to create regionally adapted fun and informative e-learning content for our BCs.
TRAINING CONTENT SUPPORT
- Create e-learning news posts in line with regional topics (i.e. Trending products in Asia, videos from Chinese KOLs, brand events)
- Support in the coordination with external vendor for translations of training e-learning materials
- Support in the management and upload of training e-learning content on the internal e-learning platforms
- Use apps to edit and subtitle training videos
TRAINING ADMINISTRATIVE AND OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
- Consolidation and maintenance of the weekly training updates file
- Ensuring database of BCs are kept up to date
- Liaising with internal stakeholders (i.e. Training Managers) on their needs with external vendors when applicable (i.e. Translation Agencies)
- Attend monthly training meetings, disseminate recordings and meeting minutes to attendees
- Support in the financial processing of quotations, invoices and updating of budget expenses.
- Consolidating product orders needs for training teams and courier to various markets
- Organizational and logistical support for BC training seminars
MANAGEMENT OF BC’S RETAIL NEEDS AND TOOLS
- Using an internal app to manage the needs, forecasts and stocks of BC uniforms, retail and loyalty incentives, grooming and gifts, training samples, and retail tools used at the point of sale
- Working with the forecast and app team to create training packages on the app according to the yearly and sales cycles
- Updating and distributing regionally produced retail and training tools, including the liaison with external vendor
