Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and execute recruitment strategies to attract/hire the best talent, and fuel the growth of our APAC business.
Work closely with senior leadership and People Partners on hiring plans, and proactively build/maintain talent pools in line with business requirements.
Continuously improve our employer brand and awareness of foodpanda across the market.
Partner with global and local hiring managers and functional heads, providing high quality, usable insights to address their talent needs.
Full-cycle recruitment for various functional areas and across all job levels, including senior/C-level hiring.
Hands-on execution of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, selection, interviews, candidate management, and offer management.
Maintain good relationships with global/internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Proactively develop contacts and networks, stay updated with market intelligence, industry practices, and other relevant opportunities.
Contribute to projects, programs, and initiatives towards improving our Talent Acquisition and broader People function.
