Our client is a leading distributor of standard components for press dies, plastic molds, and factory automation in Singapore and the regional market.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and retaining current sales accounts while promoting new products
- Following up with potential customers to drive sales of new products
- Planning daily sales visits and customer calls
- Achieving sales and profit objectives as instructed
- Generating and pursuing sales leads, processing sales orders, and coordinating deliveries
- Assisting customers with technical information inquiries
- Delivering excellent after-sales service to customers.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Automation
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or application of mechanical/electrical components, particularly in industrial automation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills, including formal presentation abilities
- Driven by results and self-motivated to take on new challenges
- Customer service-oriented and effective in team collaboration
- Skilled in following up on sales leads and successfully closing orders.
- Having a strong rapport with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), SIs (System Integrators), EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services), and End Users would be beneficial.
