The Role
Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for SGX reporting and results announcement for the entire group, plan and manage the group consolidation and reporting team under your charge, review and implement group accounting and financial guidelines and policies and to ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial policies, responsible for managing the preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reports including budgets and forecasts, oversee tax compliance and reporting matters, responsible for group processes and finance related applications, responsible for the group’s treasury and M&A activities, responsible for the performance review management, reviewing financial analysis and evaluations of business units, liaise with external auditors, bankers, legal and tax advisors on related matters.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you should have the relevant academic qualifications with at least 15 years’ experience in a similar capacity with large commercial organizations. Solid hands-on experience in both preparing financial consolidation involving a large group with overseas subsidiaries and in group reporting with a large group. Technically competent with up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and practices . An excellent team worker with strong analytical, people-management and communication skills. Ability to deliver under pressure / tight timeline
