About Admin & Partner Team

Our A&P team are committed to product-centric verticals, providing crucial support for both end-to-end loyalty sales and independent sales. Serving as the backbone for Operations, Customer Service, and Marketing, the Admin Panel is essential for internal processes and utilised by clients for Business Operations. Meanwhile, our Merchant Portal is dedicated to empowering merchants within the ecosystem, offering value-added services, nurturing relationships, and boosting sales and engagement for mutual success.

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Director of Engineering to lead our Admin and Partner teams to new heights of innovation and efficiency. As the driving force behind our technical strategy, you will oversee the development and optimization of our Admin Panel, the backbone of our Operations, Customer Service, and Marketing efforts. Additionally, you will provide strategic direction for our Merchant Portal, empowering merchants within our ecosystem with cutting-edge solutions and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and technical leadership for the Admin and Partner engineering teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive the development and enhancement of the Admin Panel and Merchant Portal, overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
  • Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Define and execute the technical roadmap for the Admin and Partner teams, identifying opportunities for optimization, innovation, and growth.
  • Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our platforms.
  • Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning to optimise efficiency and maximise ROI.

Job requirements

What we're looking for:

  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a technology-driven organisation
  • Strong technical background with expertise in software engineering, system design, and architecture.
  • Experience leading and scaling engineering teams, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Deep understanding of web technologies, cloud computing, microservices architecture, and modern software development practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering impactful solutions.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and driving agile methodologies and best practices.
