Job Type: 3 Month Contract (Convertible to Perm)
Salary: $3,500 - $4,500
Working hours: 8.45am to 5.45pm (Mon to Fri) – Hybrid

Responsibilities
- Process and maintain employee data in HRIS system
- Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee benefits and payroll for regional offices (including CPF, IR21, tax declarations)
- Support the recruitment process (job descriptions, postings, interviews)
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and work pass management
- Coordinate and administer training programs
- Assist with performance management processes
- Act as the Safe Management Officer and ensure compliance with COVID-19 regulations
- Participate in HR surveys and reports
- Collaborate with regional HR teams on APAC initiatives
- Stay updated on HR trends and employment law
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in HR or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience with payroll processing
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
