- Develop and manage relationships with existing and new accounts, with the objective of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Good knowledge of IT and UC product
- Good understanding of the Alcatel-Lucent/ Sangoma suite of UC products.
- Attend to customer requirements and deliver the appropriate solutions.
- Attend to all sales enquires, prepare quotations & follow up closely with quotations submitted
- Identify, build, and manage sales pipeline and business relationships with Customer
- Work closely with internal sale support staff and technical team
