Roles & Responsibilities
The Preschool Infant Teacher is responsible for planning and carrying out activities in line with the requirements of the ECDA.
This involves developing work schemes and lesson plans to motivate children and imaginatively using resources to help them learn. The teacher will also be responsible for developing the social and communication skills of children and providing a safe and secure environment in which the child can learn. The assigned teacher will need to record observations and summarise the children’s development and maintain cordial relationships with the parents.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Certificate in Infantcare, Advance Certificate in Early Years or Higher Certificate in Infantcare or the equivalent. (CIT, ACEY or HCIC)
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Infant routine and pastoral care. Patience and love for very young babies.
