Summary:
This role will provide administrative support for Unitized Materials' Intellectual Property and Halal-related affairs, ensuring accurate information dissemination and maintaining up-to-date supporting documents for halal applications and renewals through effective housekeeping practices.
Job Scopes:
- Coordinate activities within the UM Halal Management System, including reviewing the Halal manual, consolidating the latest UM lists across Business Units and R&D, and assisting in IA and Muis audits.
- Manage physical and digital filing systems for Unitized materials and Halal-related documents.
- Provide administrative support for the department and handle secretarial tasks as required.
- Maintain office correspondence effectively.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in any field.
- 1 year of admin experience in manufacturing company is preferred.
