Job Descriptions:
- Handle customer claim and respond to customer issue
- Reply CAPA and SCAR for quality issues and ensure report submitted on time with proper closure to prevent reoccurrence
- Prepare product inspection plan and share to the internal quality team for product verification and validation
- Prepare internal quality documents for product inspection
- Conduct product Audit to ensure product and process quality and customer requirements at meet and always in control
- Prepare monthly report and Quarterly report for review internally and externally
- Support and participate in internal Quality / ISO Audit
- Support and work with cross functional team on delivering customer satisfaction both on process and product compliances
- Involve in continues improvement activities and share improvement based on data and result to support company vision and mission
- Conduct internal Training on product and process for quality team and cross dept members
- To manage customer and certification body audits and Document control on latest revisions
- Drive to meet KPI set my management and present the result on a monthly/ quarterly basis
- Involve in NPI development stage
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma from any approved tertiary institutions
- Preferably to have minimum 5 year experience in QA related function and knowledge in ISO19001/IATF16949/ISO13485/ISO14001 auditor
- Knowledge on quality tools such as SPC/FMEA/PPAP/APQP/MSA and 8D is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
