Key Responsibilities:
1、Advising management on and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations including MAS guidelines relating to AML, outsourcing and technology risk management.
2、Managing periodic filings/notification to MAS or other relevant regulatory bodies.
3、Managing the Project Management System(PMS) framework; and working closely with business heads in ensuring that the risk management processes are adhered to at the operational level.
4、Managing the implementation of risk and compliance programs.
5、Point of contact for regulators on risk and compliance matters.
6、Liaising with and managing auditors on risk and compliance related matters.
7、Supporting management in reporting to the boards and/or board committees on risk and compliance related matters.
Job Requirements:
1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field
2、3-5 years of relevant risk or risk control experience
3、Professional Risk Manager (PRM) certification advantageous
4、Independent, organized, analytical, and proactive
