Executive Assistant/Office Manager
- Assist Director and Singapore Team in calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, business trips arrangement
- Meeting Management and Minutes taking
- Coordinate and organize ad hoc task as assigned by the Director
- Organise company events, ordering stationery and IT equipment
- Provide general support to visitors
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
Requirements:
- Must have 5 years experience in similar capacity
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English to liaise with Chinese counterparties.
- Good problem solving skill
- Ability to work well under pressure
