Analytics
- Support development of process and tools to help analyze performance of difference aspects of the business.
- Understand the flow of different processes and find ways of reporting the cycle time and bring ideas to improve different processes.
- Transform raw data as required to support transformation of data either in Python, SQL or directly in Power BI depending on the size and complexity of the dataset.
- Build Analytical views in Power BI based on given requirements.
New Solutions Advocacy
- Support in bringing ideas to sell/pitch new solutions.
- Create presentations or videos based on successful use cases of new solutions.
- Support to follow-up on interest shown in implementation of new solutions from the organization.
- Requirements management: support new requirements analysis, track progress and open points, initiate discussions to close the open points.
Administration
- Assist in preparation of presentation slides.
- Assist with organisation and planning of department meetings and events.
- Other administrative matters.
