Job Description:
- Lead change management activities using a structured methodology.
- Develop strategies and tools to support adoption of project changes.
- Create, deliver, and manage communications related to change initiatives.
- Assess change readiness, conduct impact analyses, and identify key stakeholders.
- Assist in designing and delivering training programs.
- Identify and manage resistance to change.
- Provide consultation and coaching to project teams.
- Support organizational design and role definition.
- Collaborate with specialists and integrate change management into project plans.
Job Requirements:
- Understanding of change processes and organizational change management.
- Familiarity with IT, project management methodologies, and project lifecycle phases.
- Experience with large-scale change initiatives.
- Change management certification preferred.
