Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handling full accounts payable function including provision/accruals and meet month end closing deadline.
- Verification of supporting document and posting of invoices in SAP system and process payments.
- Support other activities relating to fixed assets and general ledgers e.g. IFRS16 Leases.
- Review and update AP, FA & GL standard operating procedures. Support any enquiries, if applicable.
- Application of GST according to IRAS regulations.
- Any other ad-hoc activities as per instructed by Management.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Diploma in Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AP and / or minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in full set of accounts.
- Meticulous and able to meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- MS Excel skills
