Job Scope
- Be responsible for the whole employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Prepare and administer employment contracts for new hires and contract extensions/renewals
- Prepare Candidate Activation Template (CAT) Form for clients with quotation of employment cost for employees
- Offer of employment contract/extensions/renewals to employees via Teams
- Ensure timely notification/trigger to Client/Operations Team on contract expiry
- Prepare HR letters such as and not limited to confirmation, extension of probation, promotion, warning letter, employment letter, bonus, addendum letter, letter of cessation etc
- Prepare and submit clearance for new hires and existing employees due for contract extensions/renewals.
- Maintain, upkeep, and ensure timely and accurate update of HR Database, Master List, Contact List, and employees’ P-Files
- Timely and accurate processing and updating of HR system by respective payroll cut-off timelines
- Timely preparation of reports on key HR metrics as required such as Headcount Reports, Master List, Contact List and any other trackers where necessary
- Manage all employees’ queries timely
- Liaise with clients on employee contract terms, renewals and expiry, preparation of reports as requested by client
- Assist clients in payroll processing, CPF contribution and IRA8 submission
- Handle staff grievances, disciplinary issues and conduct enquiry when needed
- Assist in all other HR and administrative functions as and when assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management and/or Business Administration
- At least 1-2 years of working experiences in Human Resource/Admin functions
- Possess good knowledge of Employment Act and prevailing HR practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Candidates with CEI certification will be an added advantage
