Job Description:
- Contract (renewable)
- Dhoby Ghaut
- Up to $2400(gross) + PB
- Monday – Sunday : 10.30am - 9.30pm (4 days work week)
Responsibilities:
- Handle all operational matters and work closely with sales team to ensure fulfilment of sales
- Generate Sales Order upon completion of sales for call centre and online orders
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Arrange and update appointments for commercial customers, and liaise with the Commercial team
- Ensure adequate support and timely coordination with inter-departmental colleagues e.g Finance, relating to showroom matters
- Ensure upkeeping and accuracy of all administrative duties, including managing of online store records, documentation etc
- Other duties or reassignment if required
Requirements
- Minimum N levels and above
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required.
- Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays
- Good working knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office applications
- Team-player who can also work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
