The Swatch Group Ltd is an international Group active in the manufacture and sale of finished watches, jewelry, watch movements and components. Swatch Group supplies nearly all components required for the watches sold by its 17 brands as Breguet, Harry Winston, Blancpain, Glashütte Original, Jaquet Droz, Léon Hatot, Omega, Longines, Rado, Union Glashütte, Tissot, Balmain, Certina, Mido, Hamilton, Swatch and Flik Flak.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will perform the watch servicing function, respecting the service standard quality, process by the brands and Customer service turnaround time.
In this role you will be having the following repsonsibilities:
- Diagnostic and Quality Control
- Diagnostic of timepieces (aesthetical and mechanical function)
- Perform routine, final checks, quality controls and assurance on all repairs
- Perform basic technical repairs
- Follow up and manage technical documentation
- Provide technical estimate
What we will need:
- Minimum O levels or NIE
- At least 2 year of experience in watch repairs and servicing
- Open to Entry level or no experience
- Possess great learning attitude, Curious and always learning
- Diligent, strong work ethics and meticulous
