Roles & Responsibilities
The SAP IBP DP/SP (Integrated Business Planning Demand Planning/Supply Planning) Subject Matter Expert (SME) will play a critical role in managing supply chain operations. This position will primarily focus on master data management, demand and supply planning, and inventory deployment within the SAP IBP system. The SME will ensure the efficiency of logistic planning and execution processes, contributing to the overall success of the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
· Utilize expertise in SAP IBP DP/SP to effectively manage supply chain operations.
· Oversee master data management processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute demand and supply planning strategies.
· Analyze demand patterns, sales forecasts, and historical data to optimize inventory levels.
· Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
· Develop and implement inventory deployment strategies to meet customer demands while minimizing costs.
· Provide guidance and support to business users in utilizing the SAP IBP DP/SP system effectively.
· Troubleshoot and resolve system issues or errors related to demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management, specifically related to fulfillment operations, order management, inventory management, and supplier relationship management.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement process improvements and system enhancements.

· Fulfillment Operations & Order Management: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in managing fulfillment operations and order management processes. Ensure timely order processing, accurate order fulfillment, and efficient customer service.
· Inventory Management: Possess advanced skills in managing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, implementing inventory control measures, and optimizing inventory accuracy.
· Supplier Relationship Management: Exhibit advanced expertise in managing supplier relationships, including supplier selection, negotiation, and performance evaluation. Collaborate with suppliers to improve lead times, quality, and delivery performance.
Qualifications:
· Extensive experience in supply chain management, with a focus on demand planning, supply planning, and inventory deployment.
· Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP IBP DP/SP.
· Demonstrated understanding of fulfillment operations, order management, inventory management, and supplier relationship management.
· Proficiency in analyzing data, conducting quantitative analysis, and utilizing forecasting techniques.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive process improvements.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
