· Role Note in JD: Hands on MS D365 CE development (plugins, Client side script, Fetch XML), D365 Customization and configuration, Power automate (power flow, power apps), Azure exposure, REST API,
· Must have experience in D365 Sales Experience - Functional Areas: Lead capture nurturing, Sales funnel (oppty) Mgmt, Quote-Order-Invoice, Activity mgmt, Account & Contact 360 & Mgmt.
· Excellent experience building Sales module for Corporate Banking
· Good to have experience in D365 Marketing - Functional Areas: Contact Mgmt, market segmentation, personalized communication, Campaign & events, customer journey, event response >> convert in lead/ case
· CRM Configurations and Customizations: Hands on exp. on plug-ins (creation, registration, debug), JavaScript, ribbon workbench, Web API, D365 CRM architecture, entity structure & relations, action, security/ role concepts. Ability to execute code review and quality assurance, Building console applications using D365, create TDD, mentor tech-team, Good understanding on D365 CRM On-premise setup.
· Ideal candidate must have minimum 8+ years of IT experience and proven credentials of delivering in world class engineering teams.
· With a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, engineering or equivalent discipline, he/she must have relevant experience fulfilling responsibilities of the position.
· Must be a confident self-starter with ability to collaborate and devise solutions.
· Relevant industry certifications are an added plus.
