Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of technician preparation and update of the Job Delivery Notes and Service Reports.
- Monitor vessels’ movements, liaise and coordinate with operation team, suppliers, masters and agents to ensure that services are delivered on board timely.
- Preparation of documentation duties of Service & Survey Department such as submit required documents for port/shipyard entry permits
- Prepare & arrange internal and external training for technicians
- Produce Technical and SSD daily reports
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Service and Survey Department and Operation manager
Manage service reports of following key service scope:
- Lifeboat Davit Servicing Operation
- Fire-Fighting Equipment, CO2 System, EEBD, SCBA, LSA Servicing Operation
- Life Rafts Servicing Operation
- Calibration and Automation Operation
- Various ship surveys and certifications

Requirements:
- GCE “O”/ NITEC and above
- Fresh ITE graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in marine industry is a plus
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask, a team player and able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
