SCOPE OVERVIEW
- Overseeing and managing AP and AR processes
- Support and finalizing month end closing activities
- Preparation of Balance Sheet Schedules
- Perform Bank Reconciliation
- Quarterly GST submission
- Support cash projection
- Perform management expense analysis
- Liaise with external/internal auditors
- Any other projects or ad hoc tasks assigned by the team leads
IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate comes with over 5 years of experience with good understanding and knowledge in overall Insurance business and accounting system. Successful candidates are self-starters who are familiar with Oracle and GST guidelines, Knowledge of MAS guidelines and Insurance Act will be added advantage. A Bachelors' in Accounting or professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA or equivalent will be a distinct advantage. Ideal profiles come with strong interpersonal, communication, team player with good analytical skills and willingness to work flexible schedule during peak period and able to meet tight timeline.
