We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director who thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, and excels at managing multiple brands simultaneously.
As a Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and foster audience growth across our diverse portfolio of brands. You must have a proven track record of achieving significant ROI, lead generation, and audience growth in previous roles.
Major Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for each brand in our portfolio, aligning them with the overall business objectives and target audiences.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and drive brand positioning.
- Create and manage the marketing budget for each brand, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
- Oversee the creation of compelling and effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and traditional advertising.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize marketing efforts for each brand.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure the team's success in achieving marketing objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative departments, to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all touchpoints.
- Drive lead generation initiatives through effective implementation of lead capture strategies, lead nurturing campaigns, and marketing automation techniques.
- Develop and manage partnerships and collaborations with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to expand brand reach and maximize audience growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to identify new opportunities and innovative approaches for brand growth.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 6 years Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi-brand environment.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving significant ROI, lead generation, and audience growth in previous positions.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive marketing decisions.
- Proficiency in utilizing various marketing channels and platforms, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Has a hands-on, can-do and tenacious attitude with strong ethic.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner that maintains and develops relationships.
