1. For on-going projects (about 30 projects)
- to set up contract brief information between Contract Team and Operation Team
- to monitor productivity from analysis of daily report by each supervisor
- to discuss with our Operation Team to figure out root cause of productivity dropped, if any
2. For tender submission
- to study tender drawing, requirements
- to prepare tender briefing report
- to draft tender submission (schedule, method statement, tender proposal)
