- Provide strategic leadership for restaurant operations, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth, profitability, and brand consistency.
- Manage risk and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations requirements of the restaurant.
- Oversee the performance of Restaurant staffs, providing coaching and mentorship.
- Provide briefing and training to staffs to familiarize them with restaurant concept, SOPs, roles and responsibilities.
- Develop and implement operational standards, best practices, and systems to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction of the restaurants.
- Identify trends, optimize pricing strategies, and improve operational performance.
- Drive innovation by implementing new technologies, programs, and initiatives to enhance the guest experience and restaurant operations.
- Oversee restaurant marketing efforts to build brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Represent the restaurant professionally at industry events and within the local community.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in restaurant operations and multi-unit management.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure a smooth rollout of the new menu. This may include staff training, menu design and marketing materials.
- Responsible for restaurant’s overall performance and sales.
- Maintain high standards for presentation, cleanliness, and service of the restaurant.
Job Requirement
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry, with a proven track record of success in multi-unit restaurant operations.
- Strong understanding of all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage, kitchen management, human resources, and financial management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams across multiple locations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and drive operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Proficient in restaurant management software and financial reporting tools.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
