Job Description:
- Ensure the execution of the project in compliance with approved drawing and specifications requirements.
- Seek clarification well in advance for any ambiguities or missing information from Client's Consultant.
- Lead project team so as to deliver the project on time and complete all the works within the project budget.
- Arrange sufficient work areas for the next-coming subcontractors and prevent any stand-by or delay to them. Always avoid any claims from Client, subcontractors or third parties due to work delay.
- Achieve a zero accident together with site safety team.
- Keep all records for the additional works and forward these informations to headquater QS for VO follow-up.
- Take an ownership mindset and work cost-effectively and diligently.
- Maintain good manners and good relationship with Client as a company representative.
- Maintain good communication with all staffs.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Master / Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Building Services or its equivalent.
- Min 10 years’ experience in local construction industry.
- Independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good analytical skills and able to work in a dynamic and fast pace.
