Job Description:
- Responsible for Audi technical and training matters in Singapore and achieve the set goals in Audi Target Agreement.
- To prepare and achieve annual business plans in the same areas.
- To communicate with principals within the areas of responsibility.
- To implement the activities as set in the yearly business plan.
- To formulate policies for technical/training activities and also workshop management.
- To initiate and propose the purchase of appropriate equipment and special tools to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Service Department.
- To recognise, coordinate and formulate training programme for technical staff.
- To ensure smooth and proper running of the department.
- To conduct or facilitate the conduct of appropriate trainings to the staff so that the skills and ability to support the Audi cars is sound.
- Any other duties that may be assigned to him from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in Automotive industry
- Able to work indepently and as a team
- Technical background on premium cars
